Selective Recruiting Process

Our recruiting process is very thorough: for all applicants, we perform panel interviews, verify references, and complete background checks. Only then are candidates introduced to our clients for their final approval.

all of our Personal
Care Attendants are
insured and bonded.

Continuous Training

All our Personal Care Attendants must attend 22 hours of training before working independently with our clients. This initial training includes a 16 hour Direct Service Worker Training Curriculum approved by the Department of Health and Hospitals as well as CPR and First Aid classes.

Subsequently, all of our direct care employees must complete 40 hours of in-service training every year to remain active.
