In order to offer the personalized help you require, we follow a thorough step by step process to evaluate your needs.

Personal Care Attendant and Client
Step 1: Initial meeting
After being contacted by you, we will set up a meeting in your residence at your convenience. A representative of our organization, either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Registered Nurse (RN), will review with you our services, financial options, and your requirements, as well as answer any questions you may have.

Step 2: Evaluation meeting
After assessing that we can provide for your needs, we will schedule a second meeting in your home. Both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Nurse will meet with you to gather all necessary information to create your personalized Plan of Care and finalize the payment arrangements.

Step 3: Plan of Care
Once a personalized Plan of Care has been established, it will be sent for your review and approval.

Step 4: Hiring the Personal Care Attendant(s)
After a meticulous screening process, approved caregivers are referred to our clients for their final approval.

Step 5: Services Start
We are finally ready to provide you with reliable and professional care in the comfort of your home. Our staff will be routinely audited to ensure the quality of the services you receive.
